_We’re seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team and turn complex ideas into intuitive designs, conduct user research, and iterate based on feedback_

**Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end UX design process.
- Conduct user research and develop design strategies.
- Create high-quality wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Drive UX innovation and advocate for user-centered design.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs.
- Ensure design consistency and quality.

**What you need to succeed**
- At least 4 years of proven UX design experience with a user-centered approach.
- Intermediate English.
- Expertise in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
