The **Legal Software Implementation Consultant,**your prime responsibility will be to architect, design and build solutions on the HighQ platform based on a clear understanding of a client's use case and goals, a thorough analysis of the project requirements, and an appreciation of how our software can best serve the client's longer-term objectives.

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll have a proven track record in consulting and project delivery, of SaaS and Enterprise Solutions. You’ll understand the importance of consulting and delivering a high level of customer service. You will be comfortable communicating technical aspects of a project and effectively working with clients to understand their requirements and articulating your proposed solutions based on our software and methods.

You’ll need to demonstrate both your technical and business knowledge and relate this to specific situations.

**About the Role**:

- Provide a value-add service to Legal Software customers through training, implementation and best practice consulting
- Work with customers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how our services and solutions can help them achieve their goals
- Engage with key teams such as Product Management & Customer Success + Support as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions
- Partner with leadership on business-critical initiatives

**About You**:

- To be considered for the role, you will have:

- 1-2 years of experience in implementation
- Detailed Legal Software product knowledge (nice to have)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer satisfaction successes
