**Role Description**
- Act as the liaison between sales and marketing to help coordinate, execute and communicate focused, high-touch marketing activities and engagement programs to accelerate existing B2B pipeline and nurture top-of-funnel prospects
- Help develop and organize marketing assets to ensure they are easily and readily accessible for sales conversations and to keep accounts engaged throughout the buying journey
- Identify customer opportunities by market, consistently uncovering revenue opportunities within our client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
- Drive quality leads to sales team, increase lead-to-close conversion ratio
- Have experience in using marketing automation platforms: Hubspot preferred
- Manage reporting and analytics on all programs to measure success, return on investment and progress towards annual goals
- Provide regular readouts of trends and recommendations to senior management
- Align brand messaging and content to target audiences and customer segments to drive our business objectives
- Developing and executing short
- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
- Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and programs
- Developing client personas and knowing their buying preferences
- Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the client lifecycle
- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
- Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
- Proficient with Google Analytics and Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient using Google GSuite
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships; excellent customer service skills required
