**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.

Perform billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable duties.

Prepare and present financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, tax reports, and cash flow projections.

Ensure that reporting deadlines and audit requirements are met.

Perform a comprehensive financial analysis of the accounts and present recommendations for improving the efficiency and profitability of the company.

Provide financial advice and assistance to senior management in strategic decision-making.

Maintain compliance with accounting and financial policies and procedures.

Manage and supervise members of the accounting and finance team, if necessary.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Thorough knowledge of accounting and tax principles, and experience in preparing financial statements.

Advanced skills in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, among others.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Customer orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
