Senior Data Product Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Data Product Management Consultant**to help our client drive their data product development capabilities to the next level.

In this strategic role, you will collaborate with BI development teams, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape and execute a compelling vision for data product innovation. You will align organizational priorities, build cutting-edge product management frameworks, and deliver impactful data solutions that empower the client to achieve their business objectives and create exceptional user experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies to enhance the end-to-end data product management lifecycle, driving alignment with organizational objectives, operational scalability, and evolving user requirements
- Provide strategic direction to product owners and delivery teams, embedding product-first thinking into the organizational culture and ensuring processes support seamless integration across business and technical domains
- Lead the creation, implementation, and scaling of sophisticated product management frameworks, incorporating advanced methodologies for prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination
- Own the strategic vision, multi-year roadmap, and KPIs for the data product ecosystem, ensuring linkage to the client’s long-term business goals, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain high-impact relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders, proactively identifying innovative data product opportunities that solve complex organizational challenges
- Collaborate with senior engineering, data science, and development teams to define and refine technical product requirements that ensure scalability, resilience, and sustainability
- Develop advanced frameworks for feature prioritization and product enhancements, incorporating business value optimization, technical feasibility, and end-user feedback inputs
- Direct the lifecycle management of data products from ideation to execution, coordinating large-scale rollouts and managing risk, dependencies, and contingencies efficiently
- Continuously evaluate product adoption, user engagement, and operational ROI, driving ongoing improvements through advanced metrics tracking and insights analysis
- Lead organizational efforts in scaling data product best practices, promoting centers of excellence, and building long-term institutional knowledge around product management innovations
- Foster executive alignment and communication by translating complex technical concepts into relatable business cases, performance metrics, and actionable strategies
- Champion a culture of growth and mentorship by coaching product teams, stakeholders, and emerging leaders in data product management principles and best practices

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles related to data product management, innovation, or cross-functional project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of technical and business strategy, with strong expertise in data product ecosystems, organizational frameworks, and process optimization
- Extensive experience in spearheading large-scale product strategies, aligning cross-enterprise priorities, and delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced and complex environments
- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results in Agile, Scrum, and other modern project delivery paradigms
- Expertise in defining and executing highly complex product roadmaps in partnership with C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and market dynamics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization and drive alignment on strategic decisions
- Proficiency in translating high-level visions into tangible deliverables and actionable plans that deliver measurable ROI and business impact
- Exemplary leadership and mentorship abilities, with a history of building, guiding, and scaling resilient high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset with strong fluency in evaluating product performance using operational KPIs, financial metrics, and user adoption data
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at B2+ level or above, ensuring the ability to communicate technical and strategic ideas effectively across global teams
