The Finance Reporting Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for the generation, tracking and submission of financial reports in coordination with the Finance Team. The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare and report business/financial transactions, reports and statements in accordance with local regulatory guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
- Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period
- Facilitate the implementation of procedures and the development of analyses and reports
- Deliver routine and defined outputs
- Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures
- Integrate established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices

Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of previous experience preferred
- Experience in Finance, Financial Services or Accounting Internship preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Detail oriented
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

El Analista Contable Financiero 2 es una función profesional de un empleado en desarrollo. Aplica conocimientos específicos del área en el control, revisión, balance, el análisis o la evaluación de procesos y datos contables.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyar los flujos de datos de control y administración dirigidos a las aplicaciones de Finanzas y dentro de estas, a fin de garantizar su integridad, incluso mediante la preparación y el registro de transacciones financieras para fines de informes reglamentarios y de vehículos legales, la actualización del mayor general, el registro de transacciones financieras y la preparación de estados financieros consolidados, conforme a los requisitos de presentación de informes de la gerencia, para fines reglamentarios y de vehículos legales. También incluye contabilidad especializada, como compensación en capital, titulización, nómina y contabilidad de inversiones.
- Integra conocimiento disciplinario establecido dentro de su propia área de especialidad con la comprensión básica de las prácticas de la industria relacionadas.
- Respetar los controles clave para el proceso contable dentro del proceso manejado.
- Comunicar a los Gerentes de la Entidad Jurídica el estado de la contabilidad o las conciliaciones que se llevan a cabo.
- Realizar entregas contables de rutina para proporcionar resultados definidos.
- Redirigir problemas o asuntos relacionados con transacciones, procesos, informes o procedimientos, según corresponda.
- Aplicar la comprensión del modo en que el equipo y el área se integran con otros para lograr los objetivos.
- Evaluar la aplicabilidad de experiências similares o anteriores, y evaluar las opciones en circunstancias no contempladas en los procedimientos.
