**Position**:**Position Overview**Tiffany & Company is expanding our footprint into Mexico. We are actively looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to support our growing Tiffany & Co. Mexico team.The Finance Analyst will be based in our Mexico City office.**Key Accountabilities**- Numerical and analytical skills- Maintain documentation for accounts payable, fixed assets, and treasury, as well as conduct internal audits- Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations- Work with the Finance Manager and other divisions to develop the annual budget, monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasts and strategic business plans.- Partner with the Finance Team to ensure accuracy of P&L.- Assist the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks, as needed- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously**Required Qualifications**:- Bi-lingual English and Spanish- 3+ years of experience in Accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury)- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting**_TIFFANY & CO. _****MAISON***:- Founded in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany in New York City, Tiffany & Co. is one of the world’s most prestigious houses for jewelry and accessories.
