We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tijuana.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production, focusing on mechanical components and systems.
- Conduct engineering analysis, including stress analysis, fluid dynamics, and thermal analysis, to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D, to optimize product design and functionality.
- Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks) to create detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform design reviews, testing, and validation to meet performance, cost, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and designers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the industrial equipment or pump industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
- Experience with product development lifecycle and project management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
