**Descripción**

Analizar los diferentes procesos productivos con el fin de identificar áreas de mejora tanto en el proceso en si como de las condiciones de trabajo determinando flujo y manejo de materiales de manera segura y eficiente dentro de planta y almacenes

**Responsabilidades**

Identificar problemas de eficiencia en procesos productivos

Identificar condiciones de trabajo no adecuadas

Identificar problemas de izaje para partes en proceso

Identificar problemas en el movimiento de partes en proceso entre las diferentes estaciones de trabajo

Identificar problemas de izaje en las materias primas

identificar problemas en el movimiento de materias primas

Toma de tiempos y movimientos en procesos productivos

Coordinar cambios en procesos con el área de ingeniería de manufactura

Documenta cambios actualizando bases de datos

Define estaciones de trabajo con condiciones adecuadas

Elabora cambios requeridos a layout por movimientos de maquinaria considerando todo el equipo periférico como bancos de trabajo, plataformas, equipo de izaje

Analiza flujo de material en las diferentes áreas de trabajo y en toda la planta

Elabora plantillas para maquinaria y equipo nuevos a ser instalados en la planta.

Analiza y propone la distribución de áreas de trabajo en proyectos de transferencia y/o expansión de la capacidad productiva

Definir y documentar contenedores, tarimas u otras formas para surtimiento de materia prima dependiendo de del tipo de material

Determinar contenedores, carros o tarimas para manejo de partes en proceso

Definir protecciones adicionales para evitar maltrato en el manejo de producto terminado

Define Métodos, equipo y aditamentos para el izaje seguro de las partes en proceso

Define Métodos, equipo y aditamentos para el Izaje seguro de las materias primas

Analiza, propone y documenta métodos de empaque del producto terminado y/o Material en proceso para mantener la calidad del producto

Participa como auditor en el programa de auditorias de 5s de planta

Coordina las auditorias de 5s con el grupo de supervisores de producción

Coordina eventos kaizen con el Lean Champion

Participa en el programa de auditorías del Comité de Excelencia Operacional de Latino América

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería industrial o afin
- Ingles intermedio
- 3 a 6 meses experiência en Fisher
- Manufactura esbelta, Tiempos y movimientos, seguridad industrial, Estadística avanzada
- Manejo de paquetería, Windows, Office, AutoCad
