Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.- Learning content development: Develop learning content using SAP Enable Now to educate stakeholders to adopt standardised processes and technologies such as SAP, Power BI, Salesforce and all other systems used across Weir Minerals.- Learning course creation: Create innovative and modern courses to engage and drive adoption across all business stakeholder groups, including vendors.-
- Learning delivery: Delivery group learning sessions - face to face or via Teams.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in learning development and design- 5 to 10 years’ experience in SAP learning design, development and delivery- SAP learning development tool experience (Enable Now)
