**CPFR**
- Weekly download, processing, and compilation of sell out data from customers' website.
- Build and deliver Retail Link reports
- Build and deliver weekly KPI's tracking reports
- Build and deliver monthly sell out Scorecard
- Customer service manager Walmart & Soriana: Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment. Follow up to commercial strategies to ensure DOH, Instock, correct scattering of inventory. Present and negotiate volume lifts and KPIs trend according to annual targets. Visibility through reports that allow detecting opportunities in the supply.

**SALES EXECUTIVE**
- Management of regional Key Accounts
- Implementing the seasonal negotiation, initiatives, IN&Outs and promo grid
- Close and review the results with customers to cover opportunities and implement action plans in DOH, sales and inventories
- Tracking execution of Promo plan & seasonality’s with operation team
- Understanding Trade Spend to manage the promo discount with the customers aligned with the budget
- Forecasting volume of regional Key Accounts
- Tracking the PO’s with the Supply team to have correct delivery and invoicing
- Tracking the receivables accounts & due accounts with the finance team to keep healthy accounts
- Review with the finance team P&L (Gross to net) for annual tracking

Qualificações
- Higher level - Administrative / Economic areas.
- Intermediate / Advanced English
