**Position: Global Cash & OTC Ops Manager**

**Position Summary**:
The position will lead the different projects and initiatives of the cash mgmt. office with special focus on the OTC Vision program. In addition, the role supports the different OTC regional teams to successfully achieve the function goals while driving consistency, process improvement, projects execution and employee development. The position reports to the Global Sr. Finance Director Cash Mgmt. and has indirect responsibility to manage the different project managers depending on the ongoing initiatives defined.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Cash Champion in driving the global GP OTC Vision program including identifying implications in terms of synergies, risks and opportunities
- Lead the implementation of best business practices (BBP) for the cash management metrics to drive best practices sharing, and ultimately improvement in trade working capital metrics.
- Define and execute projects and initiatives to achieve expected benefits related to AR, AP, Inventory and CAPEX
- Define timelines, deliverables, and resources required to reach each initiative
- Identify and coordinate cross-functional dependencies with the different functional teams
- Collaborate across PBUs and between PBUs and the RBCs to achieve free cash flow improvement objectives.
- Actively assess project risks and work to develop remediation plans with key stakeholders
- Assist in communications and reports to the different GP and Corporate teams
- Lead projects and initiatives of CMO with special focus on the OTC Vision program
- Coordinate with Region OTC Operations Managers to ensure progress on initiatives to improve yearly objectives
- Ensure performance Metrics are followed and documented

**Qualifications**
- BS Degree in Business/Finance or equivalent.
- 8 years of relevant experience driving and leading projects including experience working with international teams
- Outstanding ability to communicate, motivate and partner with business operation leaders
- Unmatched integrity and transparency
- Ability to travel to locations (business headquarters or regional business centers) as business conditions dictate; Estimate 10-20%.
- Ability to lead, motivate and drive a team
- Ability to work cross functionally and drive results in a highly-matrixed global organization
- PMP certification preferred
- Preferred software skills: MS Project and MS Office
