**Job Requirements**
- Mustbe proficient in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Mustbe able to work effectively within a team and independently. (Ability to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple projects.)
- Musthave computer proficiency and the ability to learn and work with software that manages customer information.
- Musthave strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations, assess options, and make informed decisions based on logic and reasoning.
- Preferredexperience in customer service.
- Does NOTneed to know the healthcare credentialing space.We will train and develop this skill set.
- Does NOT need previous work experience (new grads welcome).
