**_Objetivo_**_:_

Gestionar función de customer service para clientes de exportación mediante la administración de órdenes, coordinación de ejecución en tiempo y forma de los embarques, comunicación con area de operaciones de Norteamérica y con equipos de soporte así como el cumplimiento de objetivos y métricas del area.

**_Actividades:_**
- Atencion al cliente desde su orden de compra hasta la entrega de su producto.
- Seguimiento de ordenes de los clentes asegurando en todos los prcoesos el cumplimiento de su orden completa
- Gestionar las solicitudes de clientes de la región de norteamerica (EU)
- Monitoreo a la ejecución de logística internacional entre el cliente y el area de trafico
- Gestión de relación y comunicación entre equipo de operaciones, equipo comercial y clientes
- Evaluación de riesgos operativos en ejecución de logística internacional
- Monitoreo y cumplimiento de indicadores/métricas del area
- Evaluar y proponer mejoras a procesos aplicables a la gestión comercial y operativa entre Norteamerica y comercial (operaciones, calidad, demanda, etc)

**_Educación:_**

Lic. titulado en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Internacionales con enfoque en Comercio Exterior y Aduanas o Afín.

**_Experiência:_**

Al menos 3 años de experiência en areas de atención a clientes, administración de órdenes y logística internacional.

**_Idiomas:_**

Inglés conversacional y de negocios indispensable

**_Sistemas operativos:_**

Uso de SAP y paquete Office, manejo intermedio de Excel.
