As a** Sr. Specialist, Billing Accounting,** you will be responsible to:
- Specialize in one or more billing areas and or leading process improvement efforts to improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and delivery of billing information.
- Develop solutions to billing issues and works with systems design to implement new features.
- Tests/validate new features of the billing system, interpret contract documents to ensure billing is performed in compliance with all contract terms.
- May perform one or more of the following billing operations functions-systems, solution design, strategy and billing business architectures, vendor mgmt, new feature testing, quality assurance, data request, business case, data gathering and analytics, customer experience.
- Advanced English required.
- 3-5 years of financial experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in administration or related.
- Strong Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Decision making and critical thinking (ability to analyze situations fully and accurately and reach productive decisions.)
