**Project Manager / Web Design / Digital Marketing Expert**

**About Us**

We are a small digital marketing agency with a beautiful ocean view office in Playas de Tijuana servicing US businesses with their digital marketing needs, mostly helping them grow and manage their web presence on a month to month basis.

We don’t like to work long hours or have endless, useless meetings, we believe in hard focused work where no time is wasted so we can get out of work and enjoy our private life.

We believe in using technology and needed tools to work smart, all of us work with a provided office setup of 4 screens and all the marketing, design and communication tools needed.

We don’t believe in micromanaging, bureaucracy or layers of bosses, we keep it simple making every team member responsible for their own work.

**About the job**

You will be in charge of client accounts, doing hands-on work in the areas of design, project management, content creation and marketing. Some of the tasks include:

- Ability to create landing page design mockups in PhotoShop
- Ability to code mockups using html and CSS
- Ability to produce graphic design elements
- Ability to create web videos (think small video Ads and Tik Tok style videos)
- Ability to write website content with good English grammar
- Ability to optimize website content
- Ability to do link building
- Ability to create and run social media campaigns
- Ability to manage paid ad campaigns like Google Adowrds
- Ability to create monthly reports for the client projects
- Ability to do project management
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written in business like English with US clients

**Requirements**:

- Live in or near Playas de Tijuana (100% of work is in office, we don’t work from home)
- Have a car to get to work
- Have Top level of English both verbally and in written
- Ability to work Monday thru Friday 8 hours a day (9 to 5 flexible schedule)
- Proven experience with web design, video editing, content creation, SEO, social media and Adwords
- Experience handling and communicating with US clients and managing multiple projects
- Ability to work hard in a team environment.
- Ability to self motivate and multitask without constant supervision or praise.
- Ability to follow existing process and to be trained and coached

**Salary**: $31,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
We have professional cleaning done in the office onlgoingly to keep everything clean and dissinfected. We don't have any face to face cleint contact, wearing a mask at the office is optional.
