**What You’ll Do**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- _ Education & Experience:_ Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field, plus proven experience in recruiting.
- _ Relationship Expertise:_ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- _ Tech Savvy:_ Proficiency in job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools and technologies.
- _ Organizational Skills:_ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- _ Entrepreneurial Spirit:_ A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
