You thrive on filling positions with high-quality talent and function with a sense of urgency. Understanding the hiring needs of the business and the impact certain roles will have on the organization is part of your approach to recruiting.**REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS**- Proven experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferably within a corporate Talent Acquisition team.- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and execution of talent acquisition strategies.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple hiring manager relationships and recruiting priorities effectively.- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), talent sourcing tools and job boards.- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).- ** MUST be fluent in English AND Spanish verbal and written communication - this is a mandatory requirement**:- ** MUST be willing to work onsite in the office located in Mexicali****Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
