**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests and greet people as soon as they arrive at the office
- Keep front office supplies inventory and restock as needed
- EPAM parcel services
- Access badge: request, activation, issues
- Follow office safety procedures and control access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, keep detailed and accurate records of visitors, guide the security guard, etc.)
- First point of contact for the Guadalajara office
- Receive and announce visitors to proper contact
- Parking management (ticket validation, file control, and cards' activation)
- Hand executive transportation services
- Coordinate front-desk activities
- Search new vendors according office needs
- Maintain confidential information and records
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Support facility procurement as needed
- Assist ISO audits and other facility related tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Sense of responsibility
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proven work experience in any administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Administrative related degree
- Fast and eager learner
- Stress tolerance, proactive, self-starter, diligent, communicative, and attentive to details
- English B1+

**Nice to have**:

- This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus
- Experience with expense report management
