Actividades

1. Ser el contacto principal con el cliente y con los proveedores por los temas de industrialización de un producto nuevo

2. Ser responsable de respetar los objetivos de Calidad del producto del cliente e internos

3. Ser responsable de establecer y respetar el planning realizado en base a las fechas claves del cliente

4. Ser responsable de la rentabilidad del producto nuevo (asegurando los tiempos de ciclo, peso pieza, nível de scrap, y mano de obra necesaria)

5. Coordinar los recursos internos para lograr los objetivos del proyecto (Calidad, planing, costo)

6. Responsable de crear y dar seguimiento a los APQPs de cada proyecto

7. Realizar y liderar las juntas de Proyecto

8. Escalar oportunamente a Gerente/ Dirección en caso de cualquier potencial atraso o evento que pueda afectar la fecha de entrega comprometida, la calidad del producto o la rentabilidad.

9. Conservar muestras iniciales en el cuarto de ingeniería y mantener el control de inventario

10. Mantener los 5s en el cuarto de ingeniería

11. Cumplimiento, seguimiento y apoyo a todas las herramientas LEAP PLATA. (WSM, PSM, 8D, 5'S, KANBAN, VSM, SMED,LPM, SIX SIGMA y A3 cuando aplique.)

14. Gestionar los cambios de ingeniería de los clientes y actualizar los níveles de ingeniería en Plex

15. Responsable de definir las características críticas de los productos nuevos.

16. Comunicar los dibujos cliente oficiales a Calidad en caso de producto nuevo y/o cambio de ingeniería

17. Responsable de dar seguimiento con los proveedores relacionados con el proyecto

18. Realizar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de prueba

19. Realizar los análisis de riesgos del o los procesos que le apliquen.

20. Conocer y entender los documentos del SGC aplicables a su área y trabajar acorde a ellos

21. Proponer los cambios y/o mejoras de los documentos del SGC aplicables a su área.

22. Participar en el desarrollo y seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas derivadas de auditorías u otras fuentes

23. Revisar y actualizar los portales de los clientes en caso de que sea requerido.

Horario laboral de lunes a viernes 8 am a 6 pm, sueldo base de $25,000 nominales y prestaciones superiores y de ley.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $25,000.00 al mes
