**ACTIVITIES & RESPONSABILITIES**

Make sales quotations for the customers, in SAP

Call customers to follow the orders in USA, Mexico, Central and South America
Work with the warehouse to coordinate the orders deliveries Review the customer shipping documents and make the respective corrections

Send the correct documents to customer

Monitoring and control all account manager orders until the delivery Make customer worksheets

Make presentation to customers

Make appointments for Account Manager Confirm Account Manager appointmest Travel with Account Manager in bussiness travels, showrooms and appointments Support in marketing investigation

Make sales reports for Account Manager

prepare invoice, Packing list to release the cargo and send to costumers ( BOL, TELEX RELEASE )

follow overdue invoices with each costumer until have payment date from costumers

Get costumer confirmation for color packings and import export labels,

contact designers to prepare artworks and make follow up until confirmations

contact shipping team and follow up costumers deliveries

Punctual, work under pressure, service attitude, initiative, team work, proactive, patient, careful, respectful, detail oriented, availability to travel,
