Sales Development Representative

Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing back-office services with offices in the USA, Mexico, Ukraine, and the Philippines. We help small businesses as well as enterprises to free-up their teams so they can focus on strategic high-value tasks that will move the dial for their businesses.
We are expanding our TelSales Team. This telephone based position is responsible for the acquisition of new clients. Group customers across Canada using effective sales techniques. This position will complete sales revenue and acquire new accounts where possible. In addition, the position will ensure that customers’ needs are exceeded in terms of customer. This position has responsibility for ultimate customer contact and ensuring advertising is accurate and complete.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Strong understanding of and ability to create, demonstrate and deliver multi-media advertising solutions over the phone
Identify and discuss advertising needs with your prospects
Design proposals for prospects based on a needs assessment
Ensure all documentation & reports are complete and accurate.
Consistently meet established objectives
Represent YPG professionally and enthusiastically both to internal and external customers
**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of successful experience in Telephone Sales
Previous sales experience in a retail or call center environment preferred
Google Certification an asset
Available to work between 8:30-5 Monday to Friday
Strong business acumen.
Ability to establish partnerships with internal and external customers.
Strong sales skills, hunter mentality
Excellent communications skills along with professional telephone manner
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Compete to win attitude. Motivated by results to achieve company set targets
Desire for continuous learning/improvement
Strong computer aptitude - CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Can work independently to manage/ prioritize your tasks to achieve desired outcomes
Self-motivated to exceed company sales targets with a customer focus
