As a** Sr. Analyst Collection (Brazil),** you will be responsible for the timely and effective collection of past due accounts in Brazil, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and financial goals.

This role reports to the Collection Manager and collaborates closely with the Credit and Treasury teams.

**What you will do**:

- Perform timely collections of Brazil past due accounts to expedite payments and reduce DSO.
- Monitor collections and escalate significant delinquencies to the Collection Manager.
- Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve overpayments, short payments, and disputes.
- Support monthly reporting for LATAM Finance and assist with special projects.
- Manage large multi-national accounts and utilize customer portals for invoice tracking.
- Maintain effective communication with Sales and Credit teams to minimize bad debt risk.

**What you will bring**:

- College degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in collections and deduction management.
- Intermediate to advanced Portuguese, fluent Spanish, and desirable English proficiency.
- Experience with SAP and working knowledge of A/R operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
