**Job requirements**
- Minimum university studies with a degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar position with at least 5-7 years of experience in the field or a related area,
- Including management skills, some experience as an Auditor in ISO 14001, ISO 9000, or others, and performance evaluation.
- Respect and work in adherence to the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced English.

**Job responsibilities**
- Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies.
- Coordinate training and talent development processes.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and career plans.
- Resolve labor conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure that all human resources practices in Mexico are aligned with local laws (tax, labor, social security, etc.).
- Manage documentation and reports for local and global human resources audits.
