Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace environment.- Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and development plans.- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company objectives and comply with Mexican labor laws.- Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, and other company-provided benefits.- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labor contracts and employment standards.- Manage employee disciplinary actions and ensure fairness and consistency in policy enforcement.- Conduct training and development programs to build staff competencies and drive productivity.- Partner with management to understand business needs and provide HR support to meet those needs.- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Health and dental insurance- Paid vacation and holidays- Opportunities for professional growth and development- A collaborative and inclusive work environmentPay: $10,333.58 - $27,269.34 per monthWork Location: In person
