The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 4 is an entry level role responsible for the processing of all regular, restricted and legal transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process client and firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
- Provide instructions for a variety of tasks, including receipts and authentication, processing and recording, and reporting and reconciliation
- Perform cash management operations, including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations
- Participate in UAT, implementation, and assist with training new team members including training initiatives as required
- Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
- Follow procedures and controls required for custody accounts
- Provide feedback on project related activities
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Effective written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent

**Funciones**
- Realizar cierres contables
- Generacion de bases de datos relacionadas con el efectivo que se recibe de las compañias de traslado de valores
- Cruces de información de informacion recibida de la compañia de traslado de valores contra sistemas internos
- Analisis de Informacion
- Cierre contables
- Aplicar cargos y abonos a las diferentes cuentas de los clientes en moneda nacional, así como también en dólares americanos.
- Control y seguimiento de partidas de alto riesgo de los diferentes Cpae
- Apertura de auxiliares en moneda nacional por faltantes o sobrantes u otro a las diferentes áreas del banco y dar el seguimiento correspondiente de las mismas.
- Cierre contable de diversas plazas

**Requisitos**
- Conocimientos contables
- Manejo de Excel, Cruces de Información, Tablas Dinamicas, (Intermedio
- Avanzado)
- Experiência en manejo y analisis de datos

**Zona de trabajo Los Alpes/ Álvaro Obregon**

**Horario L-V 11 am a 8 pm**
