Key Responsibilities:
P&O Head champions the P&O agenda by advising, coaching and influencing the Country leadership teams to support implementing the short
- and long-term business strategies. As P&O business partner consults with data driven and external market insights to deliver an organizationally aligned workforce strategy with talent interventions that span from diversity and inclusion, talent management, org design and effectiveness to culture, transformation and change. Creating an environment in line with Sandoz values and leadership principles that allows for open dialogue, learning and development.
- Contributes to operationalizing the Global and Regional P&O strategy to the country P&O agenda.
- Leads P&O initiatives and projects aligned with the strategic agenda in the country as well as P&O global priorities
- Acts as a P&O business partner to the country leadership teams and provides P&O support, by providing management with coaching and consulting support in all areas of employee lifecycle, selection, assessment, development, deployment, engagement and talent retention.
- Coaches the country business leaders on their own development journey, provides timely feedback when needed, and be the close partner to the Country Head on building high impact teams in the country.
- Co-creates, deploys and facilitates business-driven P&O strategies & projects in the country (example: Talent Management, People Manager Development, Culture Journey etc.) to create a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the short
- and long-term business objectives.
- Leads the P&O organization and supports capability building, development and growth opportunities
- Ensures P&O Compliance and adherence to Sandoz P&O principles, practices and policies and local legal and labour requirements.
- Promotes a culture that fosters fairness and open communication among employees and values individual differences

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor degree required
- Fluent communication in English
- 10-12 years, broad functional breadth/experience in P&O/Human Resources
- Solid work experiences in leading P&O/HR function in the country
- Demonstrated success collaborating across boundaries
- Used to interacting and coaching senior management
- Able to operate in matrix, dynamic and high pace environment
- Results driven & strong business acumen
- Collaborator with proven influencing skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills & presence
- Open and entrepreneur mindset
