**1. About the Position**
We are seeking an _Affiliate Marketing Senior Associate_ to join our team in Mexico City (hybrid role: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote). This role will manage the daily operations of our global affiliate accounts, including payments, transaction verification, promotional offers, and support requests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (brand, finance, legal) to ensure the ongoing success of our affiliate program.

**2. Minimum Requirements**
- At least 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, especially in networks like Rakuten and AWIN.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience in marketing operations, business operations, partner marketing, or project management.
- Strong data analysis skills in spreadsheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk.

**3. Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of accounting/finance and legal contracts.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects independently.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign creation.
