With the right support from your team, you're not afraid to embrace your creativity and take risks that have the potential to move the business forward.**About this role**:We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Senior Associate to join our team In this role you will support global affiliate accounts and would be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including payments, transaction verification, promotional offers for affiliates, and support requests. You would also work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, finance, legal, etc., and support all initiatives for the team. This person is the key player behind the scenes that ensures our affiliate program is running smoothly and continues to be successful.**What you'll be doing**:- Manage Affiliate Promotions calendar, including all offers, brand assets, and bi-monthly communications to the entire affiliate program- Train our frontline support team to deliver great affiliate support and scale the program- Track, confirm, and process all payments to Affiliates and Networks, working internally with the Udemy Accounts Payable Team- Act as an Admin on the Affiliate Network within the Udemy Affiliate Program- Build relationships with long-tail affiliate partners - including identifying potential partners, reaching out, and introducing them to Udemy.**What you'll have**:- 4 years of experience working in affiliate marketing including working within Affiliate Networks like Rakuten and AWIN- Experience in marketing operations, business operations, partner marketing or project management- Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign creation- Understanding of accounting/finance and knowledge of contracts and legal agreements- Ability to work autonomously, and manage cross-functional projects, extremely methodical and organized, with great attention to details- Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills. Mastery of data analysis in spreadsheets is a must and an understanding of SQL is a plus.- Experience working in Salesforce and Zendesk- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentWe understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications.
