**Key Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions**
- Own the Relationship - Build trust with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiate & Quote - Prepare competitive freight quotes while ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Collaborate & Deliver - Partner with operations, carrier sales, and marketing teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Achieve Results - Meet and surpass revenue and margin targets, ensuring world-class service.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or freight sales (Intra-Mexico or Cross-Border)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM, TMS experience a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
