**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar proyectos de inversión de capital y de planta.
- Justificar, desarrollar e implementar proyectos de
- Mejora continua.
- Proveer soporte técnico a Producción y Mantenimiento en el arranque de equipos.
- Participar en juntas de revisión de ingeniería, corridas de aceptación y arranque de máquinas.
- Mantener documentación completa de todos sus proyectos y tareas.
- Trabajar de forma metódica para el logro de resultados.
- Desarrollar manuales de operación y mantenimiento de maquinaria nueva.
- Diseñar y fabricar fixtures, dados y jigs.
- Diseñar, construir y programar sistemas de control e instrumentación para nuevos equipos.
- Supervisar el diseño eléctrico / mecánico y programación de nuevos equipos cuando este es subcontratado.
- Contribuir satisfactoriamente con la Política de Calidad con sus decisiones y acciones.
- Promover una cultura de mejora continua en la organización, enfocándose en exceder las expectativas del cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimiento: Carrera profesional terminada.
- Manejo de software de modelado 2D/3D (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E).
- Fluidez en Idioma Ingles, incluyendo terminología de la rama.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- VISA para viajar a los Estados Unidos.
- Carrera terminada en
- Ing. Mecánica, Ing. Mecatrónica, Ing. Electrónica o afín.
- 2+ años de experiência en administración de proyectos.
- Experiência en análisis de fallas.
- Persona creativa, simplicidad y asertiva.
- Trabajo en equipo y organización.
- Sentido de urgencia y servicio al cliente.
- Pensamiento crítico.
- Manejo de AutoCAD y
- Software de programación
- Orientado a Resultados.

Sueldo: $14,327.27 - $28,257.70 al mes
