**Business Systems Analyst 3 (: Google Workspace Admin)**

**Education**:

- Associate or Bachelor University degree in related field of study.

**Experience**:

- Experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Google Workspace administration.
- Experience managing Chrome OS devices via the Google Admin Console a plus.

**Knowledge**:

- Ability to understand and document business processes to design software solutions of new improved processes a plus
- Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML,.net, Google Apps Scripting, and formulating SQL queries

**Skills**:

- Strong process oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work on strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Basic Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.

**Responsibilities**
- System administration of our Google Workspace Ecosystem, including support for the integration with our on premise
- Microsoft Exchange environment.
- Development, training and support activities for our.net based Active Directory Management System (ADMS) tool
- Coordinate eDiscovery activities using Google Vault with our internal Legal and Compliance teams.
- Participate in the rollout of custom solutions that integrate Google Workspace functionality and existing legacy processes.
- Define, implement and support User, Chrome Device, and Managed Guest Session policies via the Google Admin Console.
- Implement and support Mobile Device Management policies via the Google Admin Console.

- Escalate support issues to Google Support, follow up and resolve them in a timely manner.
