**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to managers upon request.
- Addressing and solving problems as they occur.
- Responding promptly to incoming requests from the Core team.
- Managing daily invoicing for investigators (ICs).
- Conducting research as requested by the team.Maintaining professionalism and courtesy in all communications, both written and verbal.

**Essential Traits and Skills**
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
- Clear communication skills across all levels within the Core team.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Contract management skills including signature collection and document storage.
- Openness to constructive feedback and proactive decision-making without direct managerial oversight.A collaborative mindset that encourages transparency, respectful challenge, and inspiration within the team.

**Qualifications and Education**
- Post-secondary education or at least two years of equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail.
