**Especificaciones de Tareas y Responsabilidades**
- Gestión de herramientas para eventos, moviendo los contratos entre las diferentes etapas de negociación con los clientes y agregando la información necesaria.
- Garantizar que las reglas internas del equipo de ventas se apliquen a los contratos y, cuando haya algún cambio, validarlos con la gestión.
- Envío del contrato y monitoreo para la firma de las partes involucradas.
- Contacto con el equipo legal para la elaboración de cambios en los contratos comerciales.
- Contacto con las áreas de operaciones, proporcionando la información necesaria para la realización del evento.
- Monitoreo de procesos operativos para garantizar que los equipos regionales puedan desarrollar un estándar de calidad Zig y uniformidad de procesos.
- Control de gastos, reembolsos y pagos de equipos técnicos que participaron en los eventos.
- Contacto con el área financiera para el cierre después de los eventos.
- Reuniones con el resto del equipo de ventas para alineaciones y recopilación de información.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión
- Experiência en el área comercial
- Conocimientos intermedios en paquete Office
- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación
- Autoorganización
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma presencial en la oficina en la ciudad de México.
- Inglés a partir de nível intermedio.
