The Global MPS Offer Manager (OM) is responsible for the overall success and support of specific MPS Offers in all corresponding geos. This includes opportunity development, promoting awareness about the offers, and project planning.- Day-by-day responsibilities of a OM include:
- Qualify Opportunities with the sales teams and provide insight regarding the best options available-
- Validate developing Opportunities are still within Offering Scope prior to contract creation-
- Evaluating and approving enrollment requests when they do not fit all criteria-
- Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams to initiate customer on-boarding-
- High-level 1st line support for partners (Indirect) utilizing Lexmark Cloud Services-
- In addition to day-by-day responsibilities, a OM is expected to actively identify existing Lexmark MPS contracts that are approaching renewal and/or have potential to convert to the MPS Offer.- A OM is responsible for monitoring and reporting of specific MPS Offers by monitoring Opportunities, performing post sales analysis.- In charge of the P&L of the specific Offers, the OM will ensure it stays profitable and work with the Portfolio Manager to make appropriate adjustments to the pricing and contract (if needed).
