**Compensation**:4 - 6 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Set up and manage profiles on multiple platforms for STR and MTR- Rental property content creation suggestions- Timely and efficient communication with rental guests- Assist in creation of STR Welcome Guest Templates- Coordinate refills and restocks- Ensure guest satisfaction in order to receive 5 stars review and positive feedback- Deliver prompt resolution for any negative guest feedback- Maintain Superhost status on Airbnb- STR requirements and comparables research and implementation- Coordinate payments from each platform- Respond to guest queries and set up predefined responses to FAQs- Calendar management for bookings- Send information, such as house rules, check-in instructions, and researched information about the area, prior to arrival- Updating and streamlining various processes- Schedule room cleanings, maintenance, repairs, laundry services, etc- Familiarize with the pricing matrix- Set up Airbnb accounts for properties- Manage Schlage lock system & Nest system- Pay monthly Transient Occupancy Taxes to respective cities**Qualifications**:We are looking for someone who is:- Good with people.- Detail oriented.- Google Workspace proficient.- Proactive.- Attentive.- Versatile.- Experienced with handling 10+ rental properties at a time.- Experienced with the STR platforms including VRBO and Airbnb.- Knows how to use platforms like Guestly, AirDNA, Smoobu, Pricelabs, Turnoverbnb and/or similar.- Excellent at communication with guests and staff.- Problem solving skills.- System building skills.- Organized.- Proficient at Google Calendar.**About Company**At Cash Offer Options, we are a team of investors that invest in real estate primarily in Southern California, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Hawaii.
