**OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**:
Asistir al director de RH en la necesidades de la empresa y proyectos destinados a LATAM y ser el enlace de traducción entre los departamentos.

**FUNCIONES**

1. Participar/cooperar con la planificación estratégica global de la empresa y asistir al equipo en la construcción y planificación de los sistemas de RRHH en varios países de América Latina (por ejemplo, Perú, Colombia, Guatemala, etc.)
2. Participar en trabajos de investigación (nóminas, Contratación, etc.) en países latinoamericanos
2. Ayudar a establecer y mejorar los sistemas de gestión de RRHH (incluyendo la contratación, el rendimiento, la formación, la compensación y el desarrollo del personal) y ayudar a desarrollar y mejorar los sistemas de gestión de RRHH
3.Buena capacidad de decisión, comunicación y coordinación, y capacidad de trabajo en equipo
4.Orientar las plataformas empresariales en la gestión de los recursos humanos y mejorar continuamente la competitividad de la empresa en materia de recursos humanos
5. Tener un conocimiento sistemático y profundo y una rica experiência práctica en el modelo moderno de gestión de recursos humanos de la empresa y en los distintos módulos de gestión de recursos humanos
6. Pensamiento estratégico y táctico, con capacidad para establecer e integrar diferentes equipos de trabajo
