Principales **Responsabilidades**:
Know your specialism
- Spearheads the future Insights Division client & delivery strategy, as part of the Cross-Domain Client Team
- Leverages deep Kantar knowledge to take the best of Kantar to address specific client’s needs
- Provides deep client knowledge about what clients need to help those developing future Domain offers
Client Leadership:
- Owns & leads overall client relationships on most commercially valuable clients.
- Portfolio of 1-2 Partner clients, reflective of time investment required to realize the strategic intent.
- Builds long term trusted client partnerships, with most senior client contacts, beyond Marketing & Insights with on-site presence.
- Unlocks growth from new & multiple budget holders within the client organization - is Domain & Kantar agnostic.
- Partners to drive impact in client’s organization, from Kantar’s collective power, to address business issues & transformation needs.
- Proactively seeks out client feedback & implements strategies that will drive improved client relationships.
Commercial Leadership:
- Drives commercial opportunity for Kantar across the client organization.
- Manages an active pipeline, uncovering opportunities to cross-sell, scale & make warm leaps across Insight Domains & Kantar.
- Co-ordinates & supports the cross domain commercial activity, through the relevant Domain Experts.
People Leadership
- A role model for driving change and transformation; influences others to create a relentless pursuit of industry leading change
- Leads & motivates a cohort of cross Domain Experts to optimize client impact, ensuring casting creates successful client partnerships
Connects with Domain Experts, supporting the synthesis & delivery of advice/meta learnings, where strategically relevant, that go to the heart of client business challenges & drive decision making. Ensures advice always drives commercial benefit & impact for the client
