Estamos buscando un/una **New Business Executive**

En Revólver no queremos un vendedor, queremos un **aliado/a de crecimiento** que ame abrir puertas, conectar con marcas y hacer que los proyectos pasen de pitch a realidad.

Lo que harás:

- Detectar y atraer clientes potenciales que quieran experiências BTL que realmente impacten.
- Generar y estructurar procesos para el área de New Business (sí, necesitamos orden entre tanta idea).
- Ser el puente entre cuentas, producción y creativo para que todo fluya y nadie se quede fuera.
- Armar propuestas que enamoren y cierren.

Lo que buscamos:

- Experiência en comercial, ventas o desarrollo de negocio (si es en agencia, mucho mejor).
- Que sepas hablar el idioma cliente y el idioma agencia.
- Perfil estratégico, organizado y con hambre de resultados.
- Actitud proactiva: alguien que no espera a que las cosas pasen, las hace pasar.

Lo que ofrecemos:

- Sueldo base entre 18 a 25 k brutos (a negociar de acuerdo al perfil)
- Esquema de comisión atractivo.

Sueldo: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
