**Position Overview****Key Responsibilities****New Business Development (Hunter)**- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and markets.- Develop and execute outreach strategies (networking, referrals, events, cold outreach, digital campaigns).- Conduct prospect meetings, deliver tailored presentations, and manage the full sales cycle to closure.- Collaborate with internal teams to build proposals, pricing models, and contracts.- Maintain and report on a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.**Client Advisory (Farmer)**- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.- Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs, challenges, and strategic goals.- Provide ongoing consultation, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.- Coordinate with internal departments (Recruitment, Operations, HR, Finance, Tech) to ensure smooth service delivery.- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, track satisfaction, and secure renewals.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client advisory roles (B2B preferred).- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client accounts.- Strong consultative communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain long-term client relationships.- Experience in HR, staffing, consulting, or SaaS/digital services is a plus.- Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity suites (Google Workspace, MS Office).**Key Competencies**- Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.- Professional presence with strong business acumen.- Adaptable in fast-paced and evolving environments.**Success Indicators**- Achievement of new business acquisition targets.- Growth of existing client accounts through renewals and upselling.- High client satisfaction and retention rates.- Contribution to revenue growth and market expansion.Join the team today- Recognition as a trusted advisor and key partner by clients.**Job Types**: Full-time, CommissionPay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 06600, Juárez, CDMX
