**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura, maestría o doctorado en Actuaría, Física matemática, T.I., Matemáticas Aplicadas, I.A. o afín.
- Mid-senior

Conocimientos indispensable en:

- Conocimientos en Machine Learning y bases de datos
- Capacidad de investigación para proponer soluciones de vanguardia utilizando fuentes de datos internas y externas.
- Lenguaje R y/o Python.
- Conocimiento en Matemáticas, Estadística, Python y sus librerías para Análisis de Datos como Pandas, NumPy y Matplotlib, Jupyter Notebooks.
- Bases de Datos Estructurados (SQL) y No Estructurados (NoSQL), MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, R, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Inteligencia Artificial, Business Intelligence.
- Diseño y creación de modelos y algoritmos.
- Creación de informes y gráficas que muestren el comportamiento de los datos.
- Procesamiento de datos con métodos estadísticos.
- Asegurar que las aplicaciones se ejecuten de manera confiable en producción con la integración adecuada de acceso a datos, programación de computación distribuida, pruebas, implementación y tecnología de monitoreo.
- Experiência implementando una variedad de data scientists y técnicas de aprendizaje automático en producción, como bosques aleatorios, aumento de gradientes y redes neuronales.

Actividades
- Determinar patrones matemáticos, numéricos y estadísticos en los parámetros de información obtenida de IT
- Evaluar las relaciones matemáticas entre diferentes variables colectadas, con técnicas como Machine Learning.
- Manejo de grandes cantidades de datos
- Administrar los análisis y presentarlos para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Pensamiento analítico, redactar material técnico y relacionar conceptos estadísticos con personal técnico y administrativo
- Traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos de datos y técnicas de análisis.
- Desarrollo de Algoritmos de clasificación
