Job Title: Machine Learning EngineerEmployment Type: Full-Time Contract**Salary**: $80,000 - $110,000 USD + BenefitsLocation: USA (Relocation Support Available)Experience: 8+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to transform large datasets into actionable insights, deploy models in production, and maintain MLOps workflows. This role also involves mentoring junior engineers and implementing best practices for model lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.- Build data preprocessing pipelines, feature engineering, and data cleaning workflows.- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver ML-driven solutions.- Optimize model performance, monitor models in production, and implement model updates.- Design and maintain MLOps pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD tools.- Document methodologies and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.- Experience with machine learning algorithms: supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning.- Deep understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.- Solid grasp of mathematics and statistics: linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics.- Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and ML services: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI.- Knowledge of big data tools: Apache Spark, Hadoop, Databricks.- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, BERT) and/or Computer Vision.- Ability to explain complex ML concepts clearly to stakeholders (strong communication skills).- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.Preferred Qualifications- Master’s or PhD in a related field.- Certifications in cloud ML technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.- Leadership experience or mentoring junior engineers.**Benefits**:- TN Visa sponsorship with full relocation support (airfare + 15 days accommodation).- Green Card sponsorship including family.- Competitive salary and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Ready to Apply?Advance your career with a forward-thinking team focused on innovation and impact.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: Up to $2,000,000.00 per year
