Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and measuring the effectiveness of the quality system supervising and coordinating activities for QC Team, process manufacturing and finish products. - Insures the Compliance to Quality Objectives and the effectiveness of corrective measures - Provides direct supervision, prepares and guide to the QC Team, including Quality goals and performance. - Participates in the planning, development and transfer of new products or changes in parts, materials or processes, as well supports in multifunctional teams for research of supplier problems and/or components performance, including root cause identification and implementing corrective and preventive actions to achieve continuous improvement. - Improves quality processes and systems. - Leads internal and external quality audits. Represents the company before regulatory agencies and/or certification agencies and professional organizations. - Coordinates the management of quality systems and applicable certification systems (ISO, QS, FDA, etc.) including the development, maintenance and updating of documentation, processes, and records. - Responsible for continuous improvement and determined activities to meet the goals and objectives for Incoming and process functions.

Experiência y requisitos

Engineering Degree More than 5 Years at the Managerial Level within QC area. Fluent both English - Spanish. Knowledge on ISO System. Certification desirable (ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.)
