Your primary function is to work as a home customer service, help desk, technical support, or sales representative of the American company we will assign you. Working for an American company can enrich your career path and experience. You will be able to know methods, strategies, systems, models, people, culture, and many other things that will add to your professional level.
Working remotely is a reality, so we have different work modalities. One is 100% remote, so you can enjoy working from home; the other is a hybrid modality for those who like half and half, and we have our own local offices for those who prefer a corporate and friendly workspace.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO CONSIDER**:
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
- Explain and position the products and processes with customers.
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team
- Ensure first-call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Must be 18 or older with a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Problem-Solving skills, Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
- Keen aptitude for systems knowledge.
- Software aptitudes/ knowledge.
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation

- English

**Salary**: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
