Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our Helpware team.
**Position Overview**:
**As a Customer Support Representative, you will be addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Develop an understanding of all our client's products & user profiles & respond to changes in them as they arise
- Onboard new users who reach out with questions
- Support users with account issues, information retrieval, help them find network dentists
- Actively seek for and feedback product issues, common questions & potential improvements in the product/marketing/service
- Help network dentists find and access payment schedules, suggest/upsell them to the BNPL product
- Other related tasks
**Qualifications**:
- 6-month experience in a customer service role, dental or subscription service support experience preferred.
- Fluency in English with professional English writing skills
- Full-time availability
