**¿Qué vas a hacer?**

Lidera el proceso de seguridad industrial en las áreas de producción, siendo un soporte en las actividades de EHS.

**¿Cómo lo vas a hacer?**

Soporte en el seguimiento de trámites de seguridad y salud ante dependencias de gobierno municipal, estatal, federal.

Seguimiento de la matriz requerimientos legales (permisos, reportes, licencias).

Atender auditorias internas, externas del Sistema de gestión EHS, Corporativas y de Clientes.

Seguimiento para lograr las metas a los indicadores de desempeño de EHS (KPI).

Impartir cursos de EHS de acuerdo a programa anual de capacitación.

Realiza investigación de accidentes para identificar la causa raíz e implementa acciones preventivas y correctivas junto a líderes de área.

Coordina las brigadas de atención a emergencias y Comisión de seguridad e higiene, incluyendo el seguimiento a los hallazgos

Soporte a Punta estrella de principios de seguridad y medio ambiente incluyendo el seguimiento a los hallazgos.

Realizar cualquier otra actividad asignada por Jefe o Supervisor

Participar en los entrenamientos asignados según el plan anual de capacitación

Participar en el taller de kaizen de la planta.

Mantener la limpieza y organización de su área de trabajo (implementando las 5's.).

Cumplir con los horarios establecidos en el área de trabajo.

Participar en el cumplimiento aplicando la política de calidad.

Seguir las reglas y procedimientos de la empresa.

El Nível J entrena al personal de su Area

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**

Licenciatura en Ing. Químico, Industrial o Ambiental

Con 3 años de experiência en conocimientos en Legislación en materia de EHS.

Dominio en el manejo almacenamiento de sustancias químicas y residuos peligrosos,

Conocimientos básicos en aspectos legales (municipales, estatales y federales).

Conocimientos en Reglamentos y Normas Oficiales mexicanas

Conocimiento en sistema de gestión (ISO 14001-ISO45001 )

Trabajo en equipo.

Resolución de problemas.

Comunicación eficaz.

Organización.

Análisis y procesamiento de información.

Análisis de datos cuantitativos.

Conocimientos técnicos relacionados con el trabajo.

Manejo de los programas de software

Conocimientos en Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

Capacidad de investigar, analizar e inspeccionar procesos y conocimiento para realizar análisis de peligros y riesgos.

Conocimientos en trámites legales en las dependencias gubernamentales.
