**Vacante para la empresa Alfa Talent en Juárez, Nuevo León**: This position provides EHS leadership to the site. Individual is accountable for: directing EHS activities at his/her location(s);establishing Environmental and Health objectives and targets; internal reporting of Environmental and Health performance;communication of national, area, and local regulatory requirements, and ensuring documents are available in the local languages.Position is responsible for: Implement and maintain site ISO*certifications and EHSSystem; assuringaccurate and complete Health reporting of metrics; assuring closure of EHS and regulatory agency findings on a timely basis;completion of required training for EHS personnel; managing interfaces with the public and governmental authorities with adversefindings and enforcement actions; directing actions during crises; site security, creating a strong EHS culture that engagesemployees throughout the site in EHS teams and processes. Schedule and leading Environmental and Health Camping.Major Job Functions - other duties may be assigned:- Manages, implements, and maintainsEHS system (EHS Programs).- Identifies and implements Safety and EHS improvement initiatives within the facility- Assists Maintenance Supervisor with facility improvement projects as needed in an EHS capacity.- Performs audits of EHS programs withinMx facility- Provides oversight of Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, and Qualityprograms/projects through the lens of EHS withinMx facility.- Maintains documentation related to EHS programs, including State and Federal regulatory requirements.- Works with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, and Quality to ensure newequipment meets safety standards; documents and works to mitigate hazards by completing hazard assessmentsprior to equipment installation or placement into production.- Ensures inventory of all chemicals and utilization of SDS on line by all departments and training of all employees onthe hazards and controls for those materials; trains employees regarding containment, cleanup and disposal ofchemicals and other spills.- Produces and maintains all relevant OSHA/STPS and other regulatory documentation.- Provides and documents all required OSHA/STPS training for all plant personnel,- Investigates Safety incidents for root cause and corrective actions usingdocumentation standards.- Manages any Worker’s Compensation claims related to Safety incidents atMx.- Maintains minor safety incident logs (near-miss and first aid), analyzes for patterns and implements improvements.- Plans and prioritizes daily work and tasks while adapting to unscheduled departmental requirements.- Train and maintain an emergency response team as required by EPA/SEMARNAT, OSHA/STPS andDOT/Secretaria de Transporte; update the EMP or ERP and hold drills to evaluate emergency preparedness andresponseExperiência en empresas MetalmecanicaIngles AvanzadoSalario base de $70k a $80kPrestaciones de ley y superiores**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Gerencial**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Manufactura, Bienes de Consumo
