This position will be responsible for the creation and optimization of the Reports / Dashboards to support the decision-making process, which have a direct impact on the sales growth of the region. Likewise, it will support with Ad-Hoc analysis with valuable information for greater visibility towards the Management Team.

Job Qualifications:
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the team's efforts according to the vision of the management.
- Effectively coordinate the teamwork with the work agenda and balance priorities.
- Negotiate deliverables according to work schedule.
- Generate information socialization strategies to support other areas.
- Ensure adequate work tools for the requirements of the area.
- Find an optimal work environment for team development (work, professional, personal).
- Develop team skills to generate professional growth.
- Ensure that the people who make up the work team are of the profile required for the tasks and responsibilities of the area.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages 2 direct reports:
Staff IV

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Technical skills
- Project Management skills.
- Organize and complete assigned tasks.
- Coordinate tasks with other teams.
- Speed up delivery times.
- Soft skills
- Propose solutions according to objectives.
- Ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Identify the areas of opportunity in the analyzes.
- Solve the challenges according to the objective of each analysis

Languages:

- Native in Spanish.
- Advance in English.

**Experience**:

- General experience
- Supervisory Responsibilities.
- Team work Projects.
- Experience on: technical specifications
- Analysis using MS Excel (Advanced Level).
- Experience using MS Office tools ( Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc. ).
- Experience using CRM ( example: Microstrategy ).
- Experience in Machine Learning Projects.

**Education**:

- Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science or related.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- SQL, R Studio or Python.
