Empresa líder en su giro ubicada en León, Guanajuato busca: _**Control Process Engineer**_

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Garantizar que el proceso de fabricación se encuentra en condiciones óptimas para alcanzar las órdenes de producción programadas, en base a los estándares de calidad y especificaciones establecidas, así como evitar paradas de línea (inherentes al proceso de producción), manteniendo los indicadores dentro del objetivo propuesto.

**FORMACIÓN**:

- **Escolaridad**: Ingeniería en Procesos, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química o Afín
- **Especialidad**: Automatizaciones, procesos de manufactura o industriales.

**EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA**:

- Experiência en la configuración y control de procesos de moldeo por inyección o similares (control y configuración de parámetros de moldeo como temperatura, flujo, presión, condiciones de moldeo, configuraciones, mantenimiento de moldes y equipos)
- En configuración y procedimientos para cambio de moldes, utillaje, adjusura de máquinas y revisión de los sistemas de trabajo de la máquina.
- Experiência conun sistema de calidad
- Experiência en la resolución de problemas del proceso de fabricación.
- Experiência trabajando con equipos multifuncionales.
- 2 años de experiência en control de procesos

**CONOCIMIENTOS**

i. Principios de mezcla, calentamiento, termodinámica, bombeo yreacciones químicas.

ii. Principios del funcionamiento de las máquinas de inyección, hidráulica, furnaces, bombas devacío.

iii. Configure máquinas (parámetros, viscosidad y densidad delmaterial). iv. Conocimiento de los procesos productivos industriales. v. Conocimientos de informática, conocimiento de los sistemas ERP.

vi. Mherramientas de easuring.

vii. En válvulas y reguladores de presión

**INDISPENSABLE**:

- **Inglés**: Intermedio (Indispensable para comunicación en línea directa con jefaturas) Nível B1 en adelante.
- Disponibilidad de rolar turnos

**PLUS**:

- Experiência en la industria de manufactura eléctrica
- Manejo de Software Global Shop / Wonderware
