**Customer Service Trainee**

Cuernavaca, Morelos (Hybrid)

**Position Summary**

Thales is looking for a **Customer Service Trainee **who is primarily responsible to launch Sales Order into production according to Customers’ requirements and support with reports and audits.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Launch Sales Order into production according to Customers’ requirements.
- Responsible for collecting auditable documents for each Purchase Order.
- Invoice Purchase Orders with correct data.
- Responsible for commercial operations such as pricing negotiation, contract signing and collection.
- Support with the consolidation of accurate data for forecast reports.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- ** Recent graduate** from Business Administration, International Relations or similar.
- 1 year of experience in simar position or Customer oriented field.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Customer oriented, effective communication skills, problem solving, empathy, negotiation skills, long term relationship developer to foster loyalty in Customers, responsiveness.
